We are delighted to inform that on 1st January 2021, QuantERA II was launched, following in the footsteps of the thriving QuantERA ERA-NET Cofund programme in Quantum Technologies.

Since 2016, the QuantERA network has been successfully providing the QT research community with a coordinated, Europe-wide approach to support cutting-edge research and innovation in Quantum Technologies. Building on this experience, and with support from the European Commission, the QuantERA consortium continues its activities, developing them even further.

Our network now spans over 30 countries (including EU Member States and Associated Countries) and comprises 38 national and regional Research Funding Organisations – all with a common goal of supporting, together with the European Commission, outstanding research ideas within Quantum Technologies.

In March 2021, we will launch a transnational Call for Proposals Quantum Information and Communication Sciences and Technologies, co-funded by the European Commission (QuantERA Co-funded Call 2021). More information on the call can be found here.
